Butylene glycol 3%

Phase B

Montanov 68 4% (Glyceryl Stearate /Ewax /Ritamulse scg)

Hydro ethyl urea 4%

Cetearyl alchohol 2%

Zinclear-Im 40% -( 30+spf)

EMT 10 0.5%
Phase c

Coco glycerides 2%

Hyaluronic acid solution 2%

Rasberry extract 1%

Phenoxyethanol 1%

Fragrance 1% ( better not to use)

Vitamin e 0.5%

Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate 2% / waterproofer 2%

Method

Heat phase A and Phase B ingredients in a sterilized container on a double boiler

Once melted add phase A to phase B , and blend well allow it to cool down to 45 c and
then add phase c ingredients Mix well til its all incorporated well ..

Check ph and adjust to 5 to 6

Germall plus 1%

Fragrance 1% ( better not to use)

Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate 2% / waterproofer 2%

Method

Measure phase A and B in a sterilized container .

Place both the phases in double boiler ..

Add phase a to phase b and blend well.

Allow it to cool down then add phase c

Check ph and alter if required ..ph 5 to 6.
