Face serum is formulated to deliver higher concentrations of active ingredients to
the skin, mostly being less thick in nature.

Vitamin C serum (water based)

Phase A

DM water 67.7%
Hyaluronic acid solution 20%

Phase B
Magnesium Ascorbyl Palmitate 8%
Ferulic acid 0.5%
Licorice extract water soluble 1%
Grapeseed extract w/s 1%
Fragrance w/s 0.3%
Preservative Iscaguard PEHG 0.5%
Olive 300 1%

Procedure -
1. Add DM water in the ready hyaluronic acid solution.
2. Starting with phase B, add all the listed ingredients in sequence with respective
quantities, with continuous stirring.
3. Once it’s ready fill the serum in a dark coloured bottle.

Procedure to make Hyaluronic acid solution -

DM water 98%
Hyaluronic Acid 1%
Preservative 1%

Take 98% of DM water , add 1% of Hyaluronic acid and 1% of preservative.

Homogenize it properly and store it .
