INSTANT LOTION(WITH COLD EMULSIFIER)

Instant body lotion is an emulsion which is created with the help of cold emulsifiers
and is very nourishing to the skin.
PHASE A

DM Water 76.2%
Sodium CMC 0.5%
Glyceriene 3%
Erylite 3%
Sodium gluconate 0.5%
DL panthenol 3%
Jojoba oil 10%
Cocoa butter 2%

PHASE B
Kvopol AN 0.8%
Fragrance 0.5%
Preservative ISCAGUARD PEHG 0.5%

Steps to follow-
1. Starting with Phase A, measure sodium CMC and homogenize with glycerine.
Add DM water, erylite, DL panthenol and mix them with gentle stirring until they
dissolve.
2. Add jojoba oil and cocoa butter in the above solution.
3. Starting with phase B , add all the listed ingredients in sequence with
respective quantity,
With continuous stirring.
4. Whip the solution.
