HEALTHY EGG

INGREDIENTS LIST

1. Wash and cut all the ingredients.
Cut the sweet potato into half and ô 1 Egg-in-a-frame
then into thirds. Slice the
mushrooms and then set aside. ô 2 Parsley Sliced &
Finely chop parsley and place into a
small bowl.
Grilled Mushrooms
2. Fill saucepan with water halfway.
Turn the flame up to high. Wait until ô 1 Grilled Rasher of
boiled then add the diced sweet Bacon
potato. Reduce the heat to medium.
3. With a cookie cutter, make hole in ô 30g Baked Beans
the slice of bread. Spread some
butter on both sides of the bread. ô 20g of Cheddar cheese
4. Drizzle some oil onto the frying pan. for toppings
Turn the heat to a low flame (not
too low)
5. Place the slice of bread on the frying
pan. Then turn to the other side,
once it’s a goldy brown. Crack the
egg in the hole. Make sure the yolk
stays in the middle. You can put a
visible cover on top to make it
faster.
6. Use a slotted turner to remove the
bread from the pan once the egg
white has been cooked and the
bottom of the bread is nicely
browned.
7. On the same pan, drizzle some olive
oil and then cook the sliced
mushrooms until nicely brown. Add
parsley when cooking.
8. While the Mushrooms are cooking,
get the baked beans ready. (Put in a
microwave if already pre-cooked.
Add butter)
9. Once the mushrooms are cooked,
Drizzle some more oil onto the pan
and place the bacon. Add more oil if
it sticks to the pan. Cook until
slightly browned.
10. Ensemble the presentation of the dish on a new plate.
