Karanja Industries PVT. LTD., was Incorporated, during the month of March 1983 with
authorized share capital of Rs. 50,00,000/- under the companies Act 1956 for manufacture of
White Duplex with a capacity of 5000 tons per annum. The company could acquire land of 35
Acres 34 Guntas for location of plant. The company is certified ISO 9001 in 30 th November 1996,
issued by the STQC Directorate Government of India New Delhi, which is one more feather on
the cap and now the Certification has been upgraded with ISO 9001:2008 version. Karanja
Industries Private Limited, as a holding Company and purchased as Sick Reclaimed Rubber Mill
located near Kolar Industrial Area, Bidar from KSFC. The wholly owned subsidiary Company’s
Amalgamations Scheme of Merger of Paper Mill with Karanja Rubber took place during the
1994 and since then it is working satisfactorily.
The Karanja Rubber Industry is one, in every of leading manufacturing and suppliers differing
types of rubber products. Karanja Industries is that reliable and prestigious name with in the
field of rubber manufacturing is situated in India is widely employed in manufacturing of
automobile tyres and tubes as furthermore other rubber products. The Karanja rubber has
started its operations while keeping in mind quality and integrity in its every granule of

Rubber Division:
The Karanja Industries Private Limited (Rubber Division) located at Kolar Industrial Area, Bidar.
The unit is having 6 acres of land situated on Bidar – Humanabad High way within 8 Km
distance of the Bidar city, wherein the Factory building, stores Laboratory and office building
etc are located. The production capacity of the unit was 12 tons per day has been expanded to
achieve the production of 25 tons per day Reclaimed Rubber and its major manufacturing
machineries including addition of machineries for expansion consisting of Cracker, Grinder,
Refiners, DG sets Thermax Boiler and connected load of 11000 KVA. This apart we were having
2 tonne capacity of auto clave and another 4 tons capacity of auto clave is added enhancing the
capacity auto clave to 6 tons apart from the above, all required infrastructure facilities are
available with the plant.
Most common rubber reclaimed process is described
1. Crumb rubber is mixed with oil, and chemicals which are expected to
devulcanize the rubber.
2. The mixture is heated under pressure.
3. The resulting partially de- vulcanized rubber may be formed into slabs or bales
and shipped to manufactures who process and vulcanize the material with virgin
rubber or plastic resin.

Over the years–ever since the paper production industry came into
existence, the use of wood to make pulp furnish the end product has
led to the cutting of trees in large numbers. The trees that sustain our
life have been treated dreadfully. However, the use of bagasse, Tuvan
Sticks and soya husk can solve these problems. At the same time, Our
Company also uses Waste Papers (Recycling Paper) which reduces
adverse effect on environment. Hence, Our Company supports “Go
Green Initiative” for long term Sustainable Development. Our aim is to
make environment friendly papers by using agro-waste materials in
order to provide benefits to the farmers as well as ecological system.

Being a paper manufacturer, we understand our responsibilities

pertinent environmental norms. We don’t cut trees to manufacture
papers. Our effluent treatment plant meets the entire norms set by
Pollution Control Boards.

The ban on plastic bags in the State has turned out to be a boon for
manufacturers of paper bags. Paper bags are being seen as the
obvious replacement for plastic carry bags.
Paper bags are eco-friendly and benefit a lot of the users. This is

biodegradable and recyclable. The fact that they are biodegradable

We have recently upgrade to Install pressurized head boxes for better
strength and properties like BF, tensile strength etc and Setting up
Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) with zero discharge

Generally, old tyre rubbers are recycled for making a Reclaim Rubbers. Cross linking of rubber
and sulphur in presence of certain chemicals at high temperature and pressure conditions turns
