VIDEO PRODUCTION AGREEMENT

This Video Production Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into

1. Description of Project

1.1 Project Description: The Client hereby engages the Video Producer to
create a short video of approximately 30 to 45 seconds in duration (the
"Video").

1.2 Project Scope: The Video will be created in accordance with the
specifications and requirements provided by the Client, including any
branding and content guidelines.

2. Production Details

2.1 Timeline: The Video Producer will provide the Client with a proposed
production timeline, including milestones such as scripting, shooting, editing,
and final delivery. The Client agrees to cooperate and provide timely feedback
to ensure the project stays on schedule.

mutual agreement between the Client and the Video Producer.

2.3 Content and Branding: The Client shall provide all necessary content,
branding elements, logos, and any other materials required for the Video. The
Client and Video Producer will collaborate to ensure the Video aligns with the
Client's vision and branding guidelines.

3. Payment
3.1 Payment Schedule: The Client agrees to pay the Video Producer the total
