LONG AND SHORT TERM GOALS:

1st- First long term goal:

By the end of summer 2023, Fahad will increase cognitive (attention) skills In clinical and in
family settings consecutively, with 80% accuracy.

1st Short term goal:

- Fahad will increase his attention span by sustaining his attention to complete a simple word
search puzzle for 5 minutes consecutively, with not more than 5 verbal cues, with 40% accuracy.

2nd Short term goal:

- Fahad will increase attention span by completing a moderate word search puzzle for 10 minutes
consecutively. With less than 5 verbal cues, with 60% accuracy.

3rd short term goal:

- Fahad will increase attention span by completing a complex word search puzzle by 15 minutes
consecutively. With no verbal cues, with 80% accuracy.

2nd Long term goal:

By the end of summer 2023, Fahad will increase receptive language skills by understanding and
responding appropriately to questions needed in clinical and in informal settings, with 80%
accuracy.

1st Short term goal:

- Fahad will answer simple ( who, what, where) questions related to a story with not more than 5
verbal cues, with 40% accuracy

2nd Short term goal:

- Fahad will answer moderate (who, what, where) questions related to a story with less than 5
verbal cues, with 60% accuracy.

3rd short term goal:

- Fahad will answer complex (who, what, where) questions related to a story with no verbal cues,
with 80% accuracy

By the end of summer 2023, Fahad will increase expressive language skills in clinical and
informal settings, with 80% accuracy.

- Fahad will name the function and and traits of presented objects/pictures with not more than 5
verbal cues, with 40% accuracy.

- Fahad will name the function and traits of presented objects/ pictures with less than 5 verbal
cues, with 60% accuracy

80% accuracy
