The Acting Speaker, The Hon. Derrick V. Burgess announces that a message is to be sent to Her Excellency the Governor.

Motion from the Floor of the House to be moved by Member of the House, Mr. Neville S. Tyrrell.

The Acting Speaker dispatches two (2) Members with Message to Her Excellency the Governor.– Ms. Susan E. Jackson and
Mr. T. Christopher Famous

Receipt of a letter from Her Excellency the Governor stating that she will deliver the Throne Speech.

Between 10:45 a.m. and 10:50 a.m. Black Rod, Chief Inspector, Kuhn Evans arrives and is met by the Sergeant-at-Arms at
the Eastern Hall Door.

The Sergeant-at-Arms then proceeds to the Bar of the House and announces:-

“Mr. Acting Speaker, a Messenger from Her Excellency the Governor, Ms. Rena Lalgie”

Black Rod, Chief Inspector Kuhn Evans, arrives at Bar of House to request Members attendance on the Cabinet Office
Lawn for Throne Speech.

Throne Speech- 11:00 a.m. on the Cabinet Office Lawn.
