Qualification: Engineering in Chemical/Civil/Mechanical

Experience Required: 10 to 15 years

Job description:

Proposal, Design and Process Engineering. His job include all Proposal related work including Drawings,
Tendering, Cost Estimation, Survey work & Survey reports, equipment & vendor development, technical
meetings/detailed discussions with clients, architectures and consultants. Work in coordination with
Sales team bridge between Sales & detailed Engineering.

Requirements from the candidate:

 Should have good knowledge of writing documents in MS word, MS Excel, Power Point
Presentation and preferably AutoCAD
 Experience in proposal making including equipment selection, equipment sourcing, budgeting
and costing, estimation of non-schedule items
 Should have good technical knowledge of pumps and pumping system, associated piping and
valves, instrumentation and electrical work
 Experience in estimation of civil construction work, civil BOQ and items, estimation of piping,
electrical and instrumentation work, fabrication items etc.
 Should have good process knowledge with process design calculations including all biological
treatment technologies, comparison of treatment technologies
 Experience in Site survey, inspection, collecting data from sites, preparation of report and
converting the details in to proposal
 Experience in understanding of site construction drawings, master plan, layout and sections
including electrical and instrumentation drawings
 Should be able to develop suitable flow diagram, layout and section of equipment, tanks for the
purpose of proposal making including developing project overall schedule as per the equipment
availability schedule
 Should be able to check the info sheet of various capacity as per DAI guidelines
 Should have sound communication and meeting skills with
Client/Architect/Consultant/Contractor/Sales Partner regarding proposals, drawings and
technical document work
 Should be able to modify the operation and maintenance manual of the plant and compiling all
documents including as built drawings, vendor details, equipment catalogue and technical
specifications, test certificates and all documentation report
 Should be able to visit and inspect the site during the construction work to verify the site work,
fabrication etc. as per drawing
 Require good communication skill with site workers, engineers/supervisors and Managers from
Consultant, Contractor & Client side
 Should be able to capable of handling project coordination and should have conflict
management skills with respect to proposal and technical documentation work.
