Quotation for Wedding Photography

Client name: Shweta Chandlekar Date: Feb 17th, 2024

Events: Wedding Location: Andheri Mumbai

Full Team = Candid and Traditional photography, Cinematic Videography (team of 4 to 6 people)
Deliverables:
1. 30-35 high resolution edited couple and bridal portrait
2. 400-500 high resolution edited wedding images as soft copy
3. 2 Instagram reels for posting on social media
4. 1 Cinematic highlight of 4-5 minutes
5. 1 Full video of 10-15 minutes
6. Traditional Raw Video of 1-1.5 hours (depends on the footage)
7. All raw images and videos if required
8. 1 wedding album (200-250 images)
Charges:
1. Wedding ₹ 60,000
2. Wedding album ₹ 8,000
Discount Applicable till 10th Oct, 2023 -₹ 13,000
Total Amount of Services ₹ 55,000

Add-ons if required (optional) (fixed Price)

Canvera wedding album (12*18-inch, 40 pages, 80 sides) ₹ 12,000
Vistaprint wedding album (12*18-inch, 40 pages, 80 sides) ₹ 8,000
Hard drive for raw images and videos ₹ 5,000

NOTE: -
1. Charges are end to end, nothing is hidden or to be paid extra for mentioned Deliverables in Mumbai area.
2. Other than Mumbai Area Travel Charges and Accommodation will be provided by the client. Basic Train Charges
(3AC) is Applicable to selected Team Members.
3. Any additional small events, of duration 2-3 hours, if required, other than the booked dates, can be covered at an extra
charge of ₹ 25,000.
Payment Terms:
Advance payment: 50% of the total amount at the time of booking
Remaining 50% to be paid after the completion of the event (within 1-2 days)
All post processing work initiates only after full and final payment by the client.
Nikesh Aryan Studios agrees to provide professional photography & cinematography for the wedding of the client and the client
agrees to pay a full sum fair usage fee as mentioned above under this contract for service. Please go through our Terms and
Conditions below and pay a non- refundable booking fee of 50% advance to Nikesh Aryan Studios through net banking/bank
online transfer to block your wedding dates with us.
Final payment as mentioned above will be due on the wedding date. Work on the deliverables would commence post the
remaining balance amount is cleared.
