With the approval of competent authority, Internal Complaints Committee
under the provisions of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention,
Prohibition, and Redressal) Ad, 2013 for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
(Headquarters), constituted vide Office Orders 'Of even number dated 24.04.2020,is re-
constituted as under:

2. The Committee shall function in accordance with the provisions of The Sexual
Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act
2013. The composition of the reconstituted Internal Complaints Committee shall take
effect form 01.09.2023, and its Presiding Officer and the members shall hold office for
a period of 3 years from the date of reconstitution or until further orders whichever is
earlier.
