1.in fall 2019, Huawei current share market in the Europe and
America
2.Having banned from USA, Japan and other countries.
3.Having a security issue on 5G network
4.Conspiracy of security in other countries.
 Problem Identification:

Distribution Side: 1. It's not concern about there 5G networking system. 2. The are copying
other companies so software or project.
Country Side: 1.They assume that There confidential data was switching to another
Country. 2. Huawei is copying there countries software.

 Green Field Business strategy:
I. In this Strategy Huawei invest their money in the those countries whose banned them & also operate their business
with their manpower.
II. Huawei can send their products part by part to the banned country then that country’s technician’s
experimentalism those parts & then they set them up.
