Innovation Management Office – Associate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial

Engineering or related)
• 4 years of work experience (Venture capital, private equity, consulting, corporate
strategy, i-banking, fintech, startup, or related)
• Strong record of leadership in an academic, and in a professional and/or
extracurricular setting
• Exposure to digital strategy, fintech, venture investing, or innovation trends or
tools
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Solid business acumen and communication skills, in English and Spanish
• Ability to work in a team environment, and with people at all levels in the
organization

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a high-performance, multifunctional team working on maximizing the impact of

disruptive innovation at Credicorp by defining and implementing the Group's innovation
strategy and system, and by managing the portfolio of innovation ventures.

As a core member of Credicorp’s Innovation Management Office, you will interact with experts
in the digital, fintech, and tech fields, including external consultants, investors, entrepreneurs, as
well as the leaders of Credicorp’s innovation labs, escalation vehicles, and corporate venture
capital arm. More specifically, you will:

• Work through hypothesis and its validation analysis in the design and evolution of
Credicorp’s disruptive innovation strategy.
• Analyze the financial and strategic impact of the portfolio and propose initiatives
for its optimization.
• Support in the identification, evaluation, and proposal of new digital initiatives.
• Study market, fintech, and technology trends, in Peru and in the region, and
translate them into business opportunities.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects commissioned by the Chief Innovation Officer or the
Credicorp Innovation Committee.
