Introduction:

Welcome, parents, to this week's Master class on "FORSTER INDEPENDENCE." Independence is a crucial
skill that empowers children to express themselves, foster their creativity, and communicate effectively.

Nurturing a Independence Mindset

Factors on implementation

(1) Fix the time and place every day for doing Activities

(2) Ask the child to bring the Book / Phone

(3) Allow them to choose from one Activity for the day

(4) Select activities as per Age appropriate

Providing Constructive Feedback

Be Supportive: Celebrate your child's efforts and praise them. Show appreciation for their independent
creativity and unique ideas.

Encourage them: Ask them that do their work Independently. Encourage them for their work.

Offer Feedback: Provide constructive feedback that focuses on the positives while gently suggesting areas
for improvement.

Focus Practice for Sitting tolerance:

Remember, young children have short attention spans, so keep the exercises and focus practice sessions brief and
enjoyable. As they progress, you can gradually extend the duration and complexity of the activities. Positive
reinforcement and encouragement are essential to keep them motivated and engaged in the forester independence
journey.

Timed Activities: Set a timer for short periods (e.g., 5-10 minutes) for activities like drawing, writing, or puzzles.
Gradually increase the duration as your child's focus improves.
Packing Time: Encourage your child to have pack or set their thing independently every day.
Breathing Exercises: Teach your child simple breathing exercises to help them calm down and focus. Deep breaths
can be a valuable tool to regain concentration.
Mindfulness Activities: Introduce age-appropriate mindfulness activities, such as observing nature, focusing on
specific sounds, or doing simple yoga poses.
Natural Frequency Parenting
Games and Challenges: Engage your child in games that promote focus, like memory games, Simon says, or building
puzzles. These activities can be both fun and beneficial for concentration.
