Introduction: ABC electronics has been in the field of manufacturing electronics for the last few
decades, by expanding its expertise in new products every year. Our product range includes Telecom
radios, data center servers, phones, consumer durables, cars, medical devices. We are currently focusing
on EV based autonomous cars and are working towards the prototyping and launch of it.

What is so special about this segment?

International energy agency data shows that the electric cars sales has tripled in the last three years until
2022. There are around 2.3 million EVs in the market and has predicted 14 million EVs by the end of
2023. Similarly this is a high growth area with an expected CAGR of 35%.

Why ABC electronics ?

1) Research and development: Invests heavily in the R&D, have expertise in electronics cutting
edge technology and has been growing over the years. Currently we have an exclusive testing
centre for EV based Autonomous vehicles.
2) Reliability: We have been partnering with Amazon for producing the private label phones and
have provided high quality products. Additionally we have a very rigorous testing centre.
Having a proven track record and strong testing comes reliability.
3) Customisation : We provide a unique option of customising the vehicles according to each
customer’s needs.
4) Data Centres and Partnerships: We already have existing data centres, we will be storing all the
data. Analyse the data and make partnerships with insurance companies. The global insurance
market is at $652 billion in 2021 and expected to grow to $1383 billion by 2030. Entire driving
aspects will be recorded and based on each individual’s driving data, insurance amount and
type of insurance can be different. Hence the scope is large.

Why we seek Amazon’s support?

1) Investment in R&D: The future is EV and a large amount of capital is required for continuous
innovation and upgrades. We can expedite our efforts to create cutting-edge EVs and autopilot
technologies with some of Amazon's $20 billion cash.
2) Market expansion: Amazon today has a vast distribution network and we can leverage that to
reach larger audience and making EVs more accessible.
3) Brand Image: Amazon has a great brand image, partnering with Amazon helps us leverage the
brand value and gain the customer’s trust.
4) AWS and cloud expertise: Amazon has AWS in a large scale and can be leveraged for the
data management and the cloud services for real time working.
5) Sustainability: Our common commitment to sustainability and lowering our carbon footprint
is supported by our partnership with Amazon.

Proposed Collaboration:

We propose a strategic partnership with Amazon, where a portion of the $20 billion funding is allocated
to our EVs with autopilot initiative. This collaboration would involve:
1. Technology Integration: Investigating ways to integrate our electric vehicles with Amazon's
ecosystem to improve driving.
2. Revenue share: Amazon will be given an equivalent amount of stocks based on the money
invested. The Auto and insurance market returns will be high as these are the two of the fastest
growing and huge markets.
3. Marketing and Distribution: Partnering with Amazon to promote and distribute our EVs with
autopilot options.

2- Party system vs Multi-Party system

Multi-party system is better than 2-party system as it provides the citizens with more diversified
and representative political environment than a two party system. Citizens frequently have few
options in a two-party system, which could stifle the democratic process. Due to the lack of
rivalry they encounter when there are just two major parties involved, these parties may not be
as motivated to innovate or take part in significant development initiatives. Also in majority
cases the people of the country mostly prefer the multiparty system for development and
betterment of the country.
