Test that Academic Session and Semester dropdowns work correctly when creating a new Academic
Timeline.

Ensure the UG/PG field has both options and there's an "All" choice for batch selection.
Validate that the Programme field in Define Course Request, Drop Course, and Form Submission
Timelines: 1. Lists programmes correctly for UG/PG degree types.
2. Allows multiple selections.
3. Includes a "Select All" option.

In the Define Course Request timeline, Programme field will be added after UG/PG
field. In the Programme field Programme should be listed as per UG / PG degree type.
This field should have multiple selection option & select all option.
During the student course registration, programme filed check will be added.

In the Drop Course Timeline, Programme field will be added after UG/PG field. In the
Programme field Programme should be listed as per UG / PG degree type. This field
should have multiple selection option & select all option.
During the course Drop, programme filed check will be added.

In the form submission timeline, Programme field will be added after UG/PG field. In
the Programme field Programme should be listed as per UG / PG degree type. This field
should have multiple selection option & select all option.
During the course Drop, programme filed check will be added.

Incase of backlog, verify that the student Grade Sheet handles similar courses appropriately.
Test if the pre-requisites condition during student course registration considers similar courses
correctly

In Student Course Registration - While checking the pre-requisites condition during the
course registration, above condition should apply that means if for a subject there 2
course pre-requisites is defined & both course is having similar course. Suppose student
has only passed one of the courses in the pre-requisites & in another student is failed. In
this case system should consider student as pass since both pre-requisites courses are
similar.

Check for the display of an alert message when a student's course application is rejected by DUGC.
Confirm that Pre-registration data only includes students with accepted courses.

In Pre-registration data, when user is downloading the grade data in that currently all
student data is coming whether their course is accepted or rejected. As per the discussion
during meeting only course accepted student data should come in the file.
Ensure student data includes pending DPGC approval and "Form Submitted" status during Add/Drop
Timelines.
Investigate and fix issues with Pre-registration report links.
Update the Pre-requisite Waiver Check query.

stating, "You are not currently registered in this academic year."

Verify that only data of students with accepted courses is included in the Pre-registration data file.
Ensure that the logic for Add/Drop Timelines includes students with pending DPGC approval and
"Form Submitted" status along with their status flags.
