We advocate the truthfulness, accuracy, honesty, and reason as essential to the integrity of

communication. We endorse freedom of expression, diversity of perspective, and tolerance of

dissent to achieve the informed and responsible decision making fundamental to a civil society. It is

essential to the integrity of communication because we promote communication climates of caring

and mutual understanding that respect the unique needs and characteristics of individual

communicators. We also condemn communication that degrades individuals and humanity through

distortion, intimidation, coercion and violence, and through the expression of intolerance and

hatred. And we are committed to the courageous expression of personal conviction in pursuit of

fairness and justice.

 This principles also apply to important aspect of effective
organizational communication. In ethical communication, we should
always have an integrity. Because people with integrity communicate
honestly and ethically. They establish credibility or reality and
trustworthiness through the sincerity of their character, and as a result
of their communications. And from this case, once you are able to
establish integrity with someone, whatever you communicate to them
will be trusted and viewed as appropriate. And in turn, you will be
viewed as an ethical person.
