wire with 1 ft. long
for bars for column
Bar spacing 2 cm

PROCEDURE
 Cut the wire in 12’ length for the column & bend 1’ in 90 °.
 Cut the wire in 6 length for the footing & bend 1’ in 90 °.
 Cut the wire in 7’ length for the ties & bend every 1.5’ in 90 ° to create a
square shape.

 Start to assemble the bars and ties for column then after start to
assemble the bars for the footing.
 Then after tie up both the skeletal of the column and footing.

 Prepare the molder for the footing, and also start to mix the sand and
cement to create mortar cement

 Place the skeletal of the footing and column inside the molder, and start
to fill the molder with the mortar cement.
 Leave it till it dries.

 When it dries, start to create the molder for the columns and prepare it
to be filling up with mortar cement, then start to fill the molder with the
mortar cement.

 Leave it till it dries.


 After it dries remove the molder
 Finished product.
