Skeletal Column & Footing

8 pcs of size 12 wire

with 1 ft. long for
bars for column
8 pcs of size 16 wire
Bar spacing 2 cm
with 7 inch for ties
both sides

6 pcs of size 12 wire

with 6 inch long bars
for footing

both sides
 PROCEDURE
 Cut the wire in 12’ length for the column & bend 1’ in 90 °.
 Cut the wire in 6 length for the footing & bend 1’ in 90 °.
 Cut the wire in 7’ length for the ties & bend every 1.5’ in 90 ° to
create a square shape.

 Start to assemble the bars and ties for column then after start to
assemble the bars for the footing.

 Then after tie up both the skeletal of the column and footing.
 Prepare the molder for the footing, and also start to mix the sand
and cement to create mortar cement

 Place the skeletal of the footing and column inside the molder,
and start to fill the molder with the mortar cement.
 Leave it till it dries.

 When it dries, start to create the molder for the columns and
prepare it to be filling up with mortar cement.
 Start to fill the molder with the mortar cement.

 Leave it till it dries.

 After it dries remove the molder
 Finished product.
