Indicators of Success: (developed as goal is written)

a) What will successful completion of my goal look like for my Professional Practice?
For Student Learning?
Successful completion of my goal for my professional practice will look like being able to
differentiate lessons for individual students much easier than I can now. I will feel confident in
my ability to do so, and it will be built directly into my lesson plans without a second thought.
Successful completion of my goal for student learning will look like students having the
differentiation they need to be successful in their learning. To use an analogy from Doug
Checkley, this does not mean a custom shirt for every student, but it does mean building in a plan
and having different sizes available, so that students will have a shirt that fits them the best out of
the L, M, and S sizes to choose from.
