I want my students to reach their spelling and reading goals, I will try to first establish where my students are currently,
with at least five of them achieving the high band in NAPLAN, when it comes to their spelling and to their reading currently,
thus meeting the goal outlined in our site improvement plan. which I can then use to see what needs improving for NAPLAN.

I want my students to fully grasp the importance of health, I will try to ensure that when I am teaching Physical Education

and how to improve it, thus putting theory into practice. to what we are learning in Health.

I want my students to recognize the importance of teamwork, I will try to ensure that when I am teaching the Curriculum
which will undoubtedly play an important role in their futures. that the different sports we learn are dependent on teamwork
Also, I want to show them it is ok to fail, so as long as we learn. because this should allow my students to interact suitably.

I want to move from graduate teacher to proficient teacher according to the AITSL standards. I want to become a classroom teacher (starting with a few days a week before going full time),

My Behaviour My Learning
What do I do really well and how will it help me achieve my goals? What learning activities will I undertake to improve my professional practice,
What do I need to start doing to increase my effectiveness? accomplish my student achievement goals and achieve my career aspirations?
Which of my behaviours prevent me from being more effective in my role?
- How will I manage those behaviours?
I think I am good at establishing relationships with different types of students. I will dedicate sometime throughout the working week to truly unpack the Units
However, this can blur the line when I am trying to be serious and enforce rules, and put them into a PowerPoint slideshow, as I have been shown how useful it is
thus I think I need to find a balance that ensures that I am seen as their teacher. because it helps teachers to gain a deeper understanding of what is in the Units.

I think that I am really dedicated to my role and spend a lot of time planning. I will continue to learn from Chris about Aboriginal history and Aboriginal culture,
However, sometimes lessons don’t go as planned and that knocks me around, as well as how we can incorporate Kaurna language into each of our lessons,
thus I think I need to be more flexible with my learning as teaching is patchy. which needs to be done with the upmost respect.

I am always asking for advice from fellow teachers, as well as from leadership. I will ensure I continue to meet with ECT professionals and attend ECT meetings,
However, sometimes I can find it difficult to ask for support in certain situations, which will help me when it comes to me finishing my teaching portfolio this year.
thus I want to be more transparent moving forward. Also, I plan on catching up with my fellow ECT students outside of ECT meetings.

I am working on getting my fitness to a standard that I deem to be acceptable, I believe if I continue to get support from fellow teachers, as well as from leadership
which includes attending physio, thus letting me to return to football next year. that I will accomplish my goals when it comes to helping students reach their goals.

I am working on getting myself out there in the community to make connections. I will my mentor teacher and Ash to observe how I am conducting English lessons,
