2. Combine the sentences given by adding an ADJECTIVE CLAUSE. Follow the example

b) He was sitting in the emergency room. It was very crowded.
Was sitting in the very crowded emergency room.
c) A nurse was nearby. He called to her.

d) The nurse called a doctor. He came quickly.
The nurse, whom the man called to, called a doctor who came quickly.
e) The doctor asked him to lie down. He looked worried.

3. Create senteces by following the instructions given. (10pts)


a) A sentence with a NOUN CLAUSE as the SUBJECT.
