Update plan – add the 'actuals' from timesheets data into project plan. Check progress – Check the progress of PRAs completion of the library workshop training program at the reference desk and at the weekly PRA meetings Check estimated-times-to-completion – ensure that project is following schedule; if not investigate Quality Assessment – Review the submission of PRA videos to ensure they recorded and stored correctly Look for outstanding to-dos – Review the change management log for any components that need to be updated/changed and make changes if needed Assess morale – Determine the morale of PRAs is positive if not implement tools to increases learner motivation (such as letting them know they are building vital skills) Communicate – Send the weekly status updates to Department Chair and PRA Manager Check progress against projections – Using all the information gathered in previous steps determine if anything can be altered in order to better meet the project milestone deadlines Look ahead – Look at what stage you are in the project and the next stage to determine if current progression leads to successful start of the next stage Adapted from Nick Graham, Project Management Checklists
