Minutes of the Meeting


Before I start the meeting, I bid welcome and gratitude to the parents and guardians who
were able to give time and incessant support for the education of their child.
Afterwards, the Adviser gave the agenda of the conference. I started to discuss the class
program where they explained the scheduled of learners for the whole week where every 4:10-
5:00pm is the reading remediation and enhancement instruction. They highlighted that
reading/numeracy remediation where be able to help learners to enhance their reading and
numeracy skills. They also mention the pupils’ issues and concerns regarding their performance
task and other related academic activities.
The Adviser also informed the parents for the result of the Quarter 1 Mean Percentile Score
(MPS) of learners. She literate the prescribe attire of the learners and for these who haven’t
school uniform, they could wear white shirt and slacks/pants. I also discussed the agreement form
that contains a responsibility of a parents to follow up and help the academic progress of their
child, these will be signed between parents and teachers.
After the meeting the following activities were done one after the other:
1. Card Giving and Securing parent’s signature.
2. Awarding of Certificate to Academic Achievers.
3. Talk to the parents/guardians regarding the status of their learner.
