In refering to the LDP the site would have three types of

roads which are the 30 m wide main PAS road which
link the site with surrounding neighborhood and 20 m
wide collector street which divide the site and some
local streets as well.

users would have to share some
communal spaces and parking areas
and by reconstructing and adding some
horizontal circulation lines
we can enhance the movement
