Chocolate cake

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1½ cups (375 ml) fresh milk (cut with two tablespoons of vinegar)
- 3 cups (450 gr) of White Flower prepared flour
- 1 cup (150 g) of cocoa
- 2½ cups (300 g) white granulated sugar
- 1½ cup (375 ml) Primor oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) bold vanilla essence
- 2 teaspoons (8 g) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon (4 g) of salt

Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
- Separate the whites from the yolks in different bowls.
- Mix the yolks, oil, chopped milk and vanilla with a mixer. (All liquid ingredients)
- Separately, gradually sift the flour with the baking soda, cocoa and a pinch of salt.
(All powdered ingredients)
- Little by little add the dry ingredients to the mixture of the liquid ingredients.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Add the sugar to the mixture and beat slowly.
- Finally, add the egg whites and continue mixing.
- Bake in a greased and floured tube mold for at least one hour. Check if it is ready by
inserting a stick that should come out clean.

Secret:
- The importance of the pinch of salt in this dessert is so that the final chocolate cake
is not so cloying.
