1. For successful implementation, platform will require strong adoption rate.

2. Will act as a medium for doubt clarification post classroom interaction.


3. Will provide a platform for introverts/hesitant students to ask doubts.
4. Will help to organize subject/chapter or session wise doubts.
5. Instant response to doubts are expected otherwise students can ask next day.
6. Closed and verified community – can be course wise, institute wise etc.
7. Rather than email delivery, social media like post on a platform (similar to quora) but visible only
to tagged audience will make more sense.
8. Will help +2 and UG more as in PG programs most students are more comfortable to interact with
faculty.
9. Platform needs to have ways to maximise delivery of knowledge – its well understood that doubt
clarification in physical mode is comparatively more effective than text mode.
10. More trust on answers if it comes from IIM faculty.
