Notice for Submission of Bids and Opening of Technical Bids

1. This is with reference to the “Invitation of bids for grant of Mining Lease for Limestone and
Bauxite minerals and for grant of Composite Licence for Bauxite, Copper, Base Metal, and
Manganese Ore minerals” vide NIT dated September 07, 2023, issued by the Government of
Maharashtra.

2. All the interested potential bidders are advised to adhere to the timelines mentioned in the
Tender Documents dated September 07, 2023, and subsequent corrigenda issued for Mining
Lease and Composite Licence (reproduced below) for timely submission of the Technical Bid
(Technical + initial price offer) as follows:

3. All the potential bidders are advised to note that the Technical Bid shall be submitted on the
e-auction portal and the duly executed original physical copies must be delivered to the
Directorate of Geology and Mining, Government of Maharashtra, Nagpur as mentioned in
Tender Document so that they are received on or prior to the Bid Due Date, failing which the
Technical Bid shall be considered deemed to be not received.
4. The Technical Bids of the Bidders will be opened on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 11:30
AM, at the following venue:

Conference Room, 5th Floor,

Plot Number 27, Khanij Bhavan,
Shivaji Nagar, Cement Road
Nagpur, Maharashtra – 440010

5. The entry is restricted to Bidders only. A maximum of 2 (two) representatives per Bidder will
be allowed to participate in the Technical Bid opening, only on production of duly issued
letter of authorisation from the Bidder (for each mineral block applied for, if applicable) and
valid identity documents issued by a government agency.
