General

1. Call Dispositions
Make sure to update call dispositions accordingly. It is important because it will determine to
what stage you send your contacts to.
The stage will determine if the contact will keep appearing in your sequence as tasks or
not.
2. Contact Stages

The stages that need to be manually set are :


Meeting scheduled, meeting needs to be rescheduled, meeting no show, meeting
qualified, follow up.

3. Custom fields
At the end choose custom fields and edit needed information

Meeting set date


Meeting held date
Meeting rescheduled
Not interested reasons (choose one form the picklist)
4. Sequences

● SDR’s should be working from appropriate sequences assigned to them (ENGAGE→


FIND YOUR SEQUENCE) , not from the general ENGAGE tab.
● AT some point you will have a lot of leads in the sequence, we strongly recommend to
use filters to help you navigate through the sequence
