APPOINTMENT AS ADMIN CLERK

With reference to the above, we are pleased to appoint you on a contract basis as “Admin
Clerk” for our Admin & HR Department, based at Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2),
with effect from 1st Nov 2023 .

This appointment is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. MEDICAL TEST
This offer is subject to you being medically certified as fit in all respects for employment by
the doctors appointed by the Company.

2. DURATION OF CONTRACT
This appointment is for a period of 24 months, effective date of your joining and may be
renewed on a mutual basis.

3. SALARY
Your basic salary will be RM4,800 per month. You will be entitled to further review of your
compensation as per the company practice. This will be linked to your performance and will
be at the discretion of the management.

4. WORKING HOURS
Your working hours will be Monday to Saturday: 9.00am-6.00pm. The company observes a
6-day work week. Notwithstanding the above, the prescribed working days and hours may
vary depending on operational needs.

5. ANNUAL LEAVE
You shall entitle for 60 days of paid annual leave during the duration of this contract.

7. TRANSFER/SECONDMENT
In the course of performing your duties, you will be liable to be transferred or seconded to
any other department or establishment or branch or subsidiary locally or abroad.

8. EMPLOYEE PROVIDENT FUND

Contributions from the Company and the employee each month shall be in accordance with
the statutory requirement. Unless subsequently varied by law, the Company and the
employees shall contribute to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) at the prevailing rate.

9. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You will be required to observe and adhere to the followings:

i. At all times faithfully and diligently to perform such duties and accept such
responsibilities as may from time to time be assigned to you by the Company and at all
times to endeavor to the utmost of your ability to promote and advance the interest of
the Company.

ii. To obey and comply with all orders and directions given to you by the Company and
faithfully to observe all the rules, regulations, procedures, practices and policies of the
Company, whether express or implied, in all respects of the company’s business.

iii. If called upon to do so and without any further remuneration than is herein provided,
perform your duties hereunder not only in respect of the Company but also in respect
of any corporation which is deemed to be related to the Company or any associated
company as may be required from time to time in any centre in Malaysia which the
Company operates.

iv. Not at any time during the continuance of your employment with the Company to
engage directly or indirectly in any other business or competitors or occupation
whatsoever either as principal, agent, servant, broker or otherwise or to engage in any
activity to the detriment, whether direct or indirect, of the Company’s interest, including
the interests of any Company or business associated with or related to the Company.

v. Not at any time to be guilty of any act or conduct causing or calculated to cause
damage to the Company, its property, reputation or general interests and in all respects
and at all times conduct yourself with propriety and decorum.

vi. Not at any time during the continuance of or after the termination of your employment
with the Company except by the direction or with the express approval of the Company,
divulge either directly or indirectly to any person or company, knowledge or information
which you may acquire during the course of or incidental to your employment by the
Company concerning the affairs or property of the Company or the associated or
subsidiary companies or any business or property or transactions or policies in which
the Company or any associated or related company may be or may have been
concerned or interested.

vii. The Company may from time to time, at its sole discretion, require employees to be
randomly tested for the use of illegal drugs and substances. Refusal by the employee
to undergo such a test may warrant appropriate disciplinary action to be taken by the
Company as it deems fit.

10. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT

The contract may be terminated by giving two (2) Months’ notice in writing or two (2) Months’
salary payment in lieu of notice from either party.

Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Company shall be entitled to terminate your


contract without notice, indemnities and compensation in any of the following events:

i. If you are, in the opinion of the Company, guilty of dishonesty, misconduct or


negligence in the performance of your duties;

ii. If you have been found to have committed a serious breach or continual material
breach of any of your duties or obligations;

iii. If you are found to have made illegal monetary profit or received any gratuities or other
rewards, in cash or in kind, out of any of the Company’s affairs or any of its subsidiaries
or related companies.

In addition to the above terms, you shall be guided by the Company’s terms and conditions of
service stipulated in the Employee Handbook for further details on the rules and regulations of
employment.
Please confirm your acceptance of this offer by signing and returning the duplicate copy of this
letter latest by 3 rd Nov 2023 , failing which this offer shall automatically lapse and can no longer
be accepted.

I agree that this Offer is a conditional offer subject to me undergoing a medical examination, and
that the results of the medical examination must fulfill the Company’s requirement.

Otherwise, this conditional offer of employment shall be terminated.
