Where we are now

This is Australia, it’s 90% sand and 10% eshays. This is where we currently live. Despite these horrible
conditions rent in Sydney (the only place habitable) is $500 dollars a week, that is stupid.

This is Michigan, beautiful lakes and scenery and rent for $750 a month. (that’s less than 200 a week)
The property:

Location:
This is 2605 Lynwood Avenue, Saginaw Michigan. We have chosen this location because it is cheap at
$725 a month and is close to Michigan state university and far, far away from Detroit.

Local amenities:
As well as being close to Michigan State University there are many churches, parks, museums, bars
and shops around to keep us fed both spiritually and physically. The nearest Walmart is less than 1km
away in perfect walking distance for Tyson to carry bags to and fro.

Necessities to purchase
Considering that we will be moving across the world, new furniture and appliances will have to be
purchased, though we will bring our own clothes, saving ourselves from that cost. We have already
worked out what we will need and how much it will cost. Let's start with furniture.

This comes out to $739 for all the furniture we will need as of moving in. We will of course let
ourselfs buy better and more furniture when we have settled into the house and when we have
more money

The next thing we need is cooking items, things for the kitchen. Here is the list

The last cost we need to cover is the plane tickets to get us all over there. Individually they cost
$1600 so the total cost is $6400.

Chores:
Obviously housework needs to be done so we’ve decide that:

Chloe does the dishes and cooks if she wants.

Tyson does the intensive labor like mowing the lawn and shoveling the driveway and also cooks if
necessary.

I will do the laundry.

And Vivian will put away the dishes and laundry.

Everyone cleans their own rooms, and we take shifts for communal areas

Possible problems
I am a cheapskate and have sensitivities to noise and pungent odors.

Vivian has no idea what they are going to do in life and wastes money.

Chloe has no backbone.

Tyson is aggressive and has a temper.

Decision making and conflict resolution:

Late payment:
After 2 months of late payment, we will begin the process of removing them from the house

Tennant wishing to leave before contract:

They will be forced to pay upfront two months more of rent.
Internal conflict
It will be forbidden for anyone In the house to date another person in the house and if a conflict
arises we as a group will decide who (if anyone) is in the wrong and what the appropriate actions to
take will be
