“ABOUT : THE IMPORTANCE OF LEGAL
AWARENESS FOR LAW ENFORCERS FOR THE
SAKE OF JUSTICE

 Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi
wabarakatuh , Shalom , Peace be upon
us all , ( salve ), firts of all , Dear ladies
and gentlemen of the jury whom I
respect and my fellow students whom I
love and am proud of let’s give thanks to
the presence of almighty God for all the
favors and blessing that we can all be
here to take part n in the speech
competition.

 The theme of my specch is : THE
IMPORTANCE OF LEGAL AWARENESS
FOR LAW ENFORCERS FOR THE SAKE OF
JUSTICE.
 If we talk about law then basically we
are talking about justice because Law
should be able to be a tool that can
treat someone or another party in
accordance with their rights,however , it
seems that our country is a country of
law ,it seems that it cannot be
consideret as a country of law because it
has not been able to provide fair laws ,
especially for lower class people , so in
the end many people say that our
country’s law is still a law that is sharp
upwards and blunt downwards.
So we see many cases that that always
harm the weak, such as one case that
recently occurred , there was a
grandmother who was ninety (90) years
old but was still sentenced to several
years in prison just for stealing several
pieces of wood in the hope of getting
give him food ,however , on the
contrary , the law does not touch people
who have high power , so even thought
the violations of the law they commit
are serious violations , such as the
corruption of billions of rupiah in state
funds carried out by the rats in ties who
sit on government benches, they only
get the same punishment . the same but
the punishment given is very tittle
compared to the action compared to
the case of the granfmother who only
stole wood hoping to feed her.
This shows that the law in indonesia
does not yet have awareness of the
law, because the reality shows that a
person’s compliance with legal rules ,
both written and unwritten .
The end of the law is not abolish or
restrain, but to maintain and increase
 freedom, because in all countries
created creatures are aware of the law
and when there is not law there is not
freedom.
A person’s wisdom in making the law
not only stands on the basis of justice
but also its application takes into
account how the law obtains centainty .

 Ladies and gentlement , I respect the

jury and fellow student . that’s all my
speech today ...if there are any errors in
