    CONFIRMATION OF QUALIFICATION: DOUGLAS MNCEDISI MFAMA (STUDENT NUMBER: 220216010)

    This is to confirm that Mr Mfama (ID: 9203206462088) has met all the requirements needed to qualify for the
    Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE: Senior and FET Phase) as was approved on 30 November 2020.
    The postgraduate certificate was officially conferred on the student at the virtual graduation ceremony that was
    held on 17 December 2020.
    However, the official academic record with the results and the certificate are withheld until the student settle the
    outstanding study fees owed on the student account.
