 Introduction

This machine is special medical equipment, which must be operated by the

professionals who have taken the related safety operation training, according to the
manual. Warnings are given where failure to observe instruction could result in
injury or death to people, especially for old people, heart patients and the digestive
tract syndrome etc.. It is not suitable for infant.

and the machine will work under the factory
settings or the previous settings.

the pressure value. Then press the confirm
button to save the pressure value and the gastric
lavage machine will work under the new pressure
value. To set a new pressure value, please repeat
the above process.

working, being inspecting or changing the

Adjustment Put the three-piece tube(twoφ6 pipes and Y-shaped tube ) into 1000ml measuring

and the machine work normally.

 Working 1. Put the three-piece tube(twoφ6 pipes and Y-shaped tube ) into clean water. Switch
process on the machine and keep it working after two working cycles or more times till
the pipes are free air.
2. Switch off the machine and check if all the pipes are well connected.
3. Put “counting reset key”, “counting display” shows zero.
4. Press “Working switch”, then the machine will work automatically.
5. When you find the amount of input stomach liquid is much more than the amount
of output stomach liquid, please press “Liquid volume balance key”.
6. When the machine stops, make sure it has powered off and take out the stomach
tube.

Attention When the machine is working, please observe the patient, the amount of
input stomach liquid and temperature of the liquid, the amount of output
stomach liquid. Once you have found unmoral situation, please stop the
machine immediately.

 Cleaning and Disinfection
After using, the machine and all the reusable parts should be clean and
disinfected completely.
a. Put the stomach tube into the 5000ml clean water. Make sure there is enough
clean water in the container which is connected with “Input mouthpiece”.
Switch on the machine and keep it work 4-5 cycles to empty all the waste
of the tubes.
b. Put the “Input mouthpiece” into the 5000ml clean water. Then put the stomach
tube into the mixed solution of disinfectant and oil cleaning agent (1.5
concentration of the water). And put the “Output mouthpiece” into another
water container. Then keep the machines working more than 10 cycles.
c. Instead of the mixed solution by clean water, repeat the above process and keep
the machine 3-5 cycles. Then empty all the water of the tubes.
d. Dip a duster cloth into disinfectant and use it to clean the housing of the
machine.
The recommend disinfectant:75% medicinal alcohol
Attention: To avoid pollute the stomach tube, please don’t put the “Input
mouthpiece” together with the “Output mouthpiece”, the three-piece tube into
the same container.

 Contraindication
Our machine should not be used for people who swallow corrosive material, for
instance strong acid, strong base, or who have upper gastrointestinal tract ulcer
or upper gastrointestinal tract cancer. Manufacturers recommend people with
esophagus blockage, esophageal variceal bleeding and thoracic aortic aneurysm.

The SC-IIIB gastric lavage machine is packed and the stated requirements for storage and
the instruction for uses are well followed, if there is any fault happens to the machine and causes
failure to work normally within one year, We provide a free-of-charge warrant. But the other
accessories, such as pipes, stomach tubes are not included in the warranty.
