HCL LOGISTICS PACKERS & MOVERS - Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the agreement between HCL LOGISTICS PACKERS & MOVERS, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the client, hereinafter referred to as
"the Customer," for the provision of packing and moving services. By engaging in our services, the Customer agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Offered:
The Company provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services for household and commercial goods. The scope of services will be as specified in the
agreement or invoice.
2. Quotation and Payment:
A detailed quotation will be provided to the Customer based on the items to be moved, distance, and additional services required. GST Extra 18% And After Loading 100% Payment.
3. Booking Confirmation:
The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the initial payment or advance as specified in the quotation. The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if the payment is not
received within the stipulated time.
4. Packing and Handling:
The Company will use reasonable care in packing and handling the items. Fragile or high-value items should be pointed out to the Company in advance. The Company is not liable for any
damage caused by improper packing by the Customer.
5. Delays and Damages:
While the Company strives to deliver the items on time, delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other emergencies may occur. The Company will not be liable

for any losses or damages arising from such delays.
6. Insurance:
The Company may offer insurance coverage for the transported goods. The terms and coverage will be outlined separately. Any damages must be reported to the Company within 7-10
Days of delivery for insurance claims to be valid. Insurance charge @3%-5% on declaration value of goods
7. Customer's Responsibilities:
The Customer must ensure that all items to be moved are packed and ready for transportation. The Company is not responsible for the disassembly of furniture or appliances unless
explicitly specified in the agreement.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made in writing 3-4 days before the scheduled move. A cancellation fee may apply, as outlined in the agreement.
9. Additional Charges:
Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original quotation, such as storage, additional packing materials, or services requested on short notice.
10. Restricted Items:
The Customer agrees not to include hazardous materials, perishable items, or illegal substances in the transported goods. The Company will not be responsible for any damages or losses
resulting from the inclusion of such items.
11. Disputes:
Any disputes arising from the services provided shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be escalated through legal means.
By engaging in our services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.
It is the Customer's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
