Vikash Anand which are to be packed professionally and transported from Hazaribagh to Kolkata on door delivery basis.
For the packing of the above mentioned items, we usually use plain polythene sheet, bubble polythene sheets, cartons, corrugated
cardboard padded sheet etc. which ensures safe delivery to its destination.
Our Charges for packing and transportation of household goods from Hazaribagh to Kolkata on door delivery basis including loading,
unloading,unpacking and rearranging of the items in to its respective rooms as per client instruction and satisfaction.

Risk Coverage: We also take the risk coverage of the household goods/electronic equipments etc. @2.5% extra on the total value declared
by the client. If there is any claims made, to be settled directly with the client within 27 days through our company. This is completely hassle
free.

RISK COVERAGE

"We" at UPMC Relocation & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. are committed to provide hassle free and satisfactory services to our valued
clients at our best. There are some rules and regulations based on that we settle the claims made if any as given below:-

1. If the damaged item is repairable, will have the repair done immediately at our company cost.
2. If the damaged item is not repairable, then the corresponding value of the corresponding item to be refunded back to the
client immediately within seven days by Bank draft after reducing the depreciated value of the items( 35% of the intimated
value of the individual items ) and the damaged item is taken back to the company custody.
3. Client is requested not to get the repair done by own without taking permission of our Co. otherwise no claim will be
accepted by the Co. in this regard.
4. If there is any claims made, to be accepted to the Company as long as our representative is present to the client
residence while unpacking formalities.
5. The respective claims if any would not be accepted by the Company after released our representative by the client from
their residence after unpacking formalities completed.
6. Our Company should not be held responsible for any electrical or electronic fault like loose connection of wire to the
electronic equipment as it might take place seldom while journey and this is completely out of our control.
7. Our Company`s payment should not be stopped for any leakages of gases of A.C, fridge. We are only be responsible for
any accidental breakages, dented and scratches if any.
8. This is completely hassle free for the client for the above mentioned clause .Risk coverage of household goods and car,
Airconditioner Machine, Ironsafe, fire proof cabinet, Computer sets if any is completely covered under our company policy
at the above mentioned rates i.e @2.5% including our service charges which covers claimed amount if any to be paid
directly to the client immediately within 27 days which you can not expect from Insurance Company. They usually take 6-7
months to settle the claimed amount.
9. Clients are requested to get the packing done of ornaments on his own risk. If any claims arise while unpacking at the
destination then our Company will not be held responsible any more.
10. Clients are requested to ensure and confirm that they received all his household belongings /car in well, good and intact
condition. After completing all these formalities by the clients, if they make a claim again then their after claim not to be
accepted by our Company.
