HTM Automatic Manifold

ACM 1

MIM Medical Ltd design and build automatic manifold systems for medical gas distribution systems in
accordance with current HTM 2022 and HTM02-01 requirements.

The unit is designed to provide a duty and standby gas supply at a constant pressure via two banks of
cylinders with status monitoring.

A standard system would feature a central control panel with a header assembly.

The unit is designed for wall mounting as standard, however options available include floor mounted
assemblies and formats to suit customer requirements.

The panel is capable of providing a distribution flow rate of up to 1500 l/m.

The expertise which has been established over many years has enabled MIM Medical to design a unit
which requires a minimum of maintenance.

The overall height when mounted on the wall is 2000 mm.

The header assemblies are fixed to the wall at a set height dependant on the gas in use.

Technical Description

ACM1 CONTROL PANEL

The control panel includes digital pressure indicators showing the gas pressure of each header and also the
pipeline distribution pressure. The panel also displays the following:
Power On
System Fault
Bank Running for each cylinder header
Bank Low for each cylinder header
Bank Empty for each cylinder header
Low Pressure
High Pressure
The panel also incorporates a plant to alarm interface which provides contacts for both a medical gas alarm
system and BMS system, it also displays the following:
Normal
Change Cylinders
Change Cylinders Immediately
Reserve Low (Emergency Reserve)
Pipeline Pressure Fault
