1. This permit is not valid unless the taxes/fees/charges/ provided for under existing ordinances are
paid and countersigned by the Barangay Treasurer.
2. This permit must be displayed conspicuously at the place of business.
3. Permittee shall notify the Office of the Barangay Treasurer not later that the date of retirement
and surrender this permit including all previous permits issued to him/her upon
discontinuance or retirement from business, trade or occupation herein permitted.
4. This permit is subject to the compliance by the permittee to all existing laws, ordinances,, rules,
and regulations on the operation of the business trade or calling permitted herein.
