The assignee will be registered for allotment of the land at Bhramari City,
which is being developed on a plot at Bodaganj, Village: Barapatina
Nutanbus, Dist: Jalpaiguri- 734008, West Bengal by Rajputana Realty
Private Limited.
The assignee should agree to sign and execute the standard agreement for
sale and ancillary documents.
The assignee should agree to pay the stated amount of money as per the
payment plan given below
1. The assignee has to agree that any allotment of the plot by said
developer is subject to.
After the submission of the said booking amount, the assigner will give 3
Months of time period to the assignee for the full and final settlement of the
said price for the plot He/She purchased.
2. The assignee has to pay 25% of the remaining lands price within the
course of 1st month of booking.
Henceforth after the full and final settlement of the said and leftover
amount by means of Realization of cheque/Demand draft/pay
order/RTGS/NEFT. The assigner will hand over the Registry to the
respective assignee.
4. If by any means the assignee fails to pay the total amount within the
span given of 3 months then the total payment which has already
been handed over by the assignee to the assigner will be forfeited
and the assigner will not be responsible/liable for it.
