3F is a manufacturer of high-
performance tapes engineered for
various industrial applications,
such as construction, automotive,
electronics and paper industries.
Contract laminating of external
materials is one of our core
competences, as well as the
production of transfer, single sided
and foam tapes.
Since our foundation in 1995,
consistent growth rates have
been evidence of our successful
strategy to focus on flexibility,
constant improvement and extensive
manufacturing capacities.

With 45,000 m² of land and over
14,000 m² of production and
administrative space, housing
our coating lines and numerous
converting equipment, our facility
provides sufficient manufacturing
capabilities.
This enables us to guarantee quick
response, short delivery times and to
reliably facilitate long term “just in
time” agreements.

Quality Control
Quality control is an integral

the raw materials and continues with

material quality to guarantee agreed
specifications.
For general product evaluation,
standardized and proven test
methods are applied. For individual
requirements, customer provided
material can also be tested based on
the particular application.
As another distinctive feature our
testing procedure evaluates the
aging resistance of our adhesive
system which enables us to declare
specific outcomes as covered through
product life cycle guarantees.

Our highly skilled and qualified
R&D team primarily focuses on the
development of high performance
adhesive systems with particular
performance characteristics.
As a result new tape products for
a wide range of applications are
developed nearly on a daily base.

Adhesive Formulation
Profound knowledge regarding the
formulation process of adhesive
system, combined with an effective
quality control system is the key to
ensure product consistency at all
times.
We use solvent free acrylic
dispersions and hotmelt pressure
sensitive adhesive for our numerous
range of products.
Customer specific requirements
regarding specific adhesive systems
can be accommodated.
Coating
Our optimized adhesive solutions
ensure sufficient supply for various
coating applications and numerous
product combinations.
We run daily multiple shifts on our
coating lines.
Acrylic dispersion can be processed
up to 700 g/m² coating weight,
coating width of 1,550 mm.
Hotmelt pressure sensitive adhesive
can be processed up to 250 g/m²
coating weight and up to a width of
1,250 mm.
Additional to the coating of
customary standard carrier materials
we are offering contract laminating
of your materials following your
exact instructions.

The available equipment enables us to
provide solutions and services based
on your individual requirements.0
Our standard product range includes:
• Cross-wound spools up to
20.000 m depending on
the product
• One sided, double sided finger lift
• Narrow width rolls,
down to 5 mm width
• Rolls with lengthwise pre-slit
liner lanes
• Slit rolls with cores 76mm
and 86 mm.

We provide a wide range of private
label services such as private
packaging, individual labeling to
give your products an individual
appearance.
The coating capabilities of 3F are
nearly limitless.
We equip different materials for
example textiles, paper, film, fleece,
felt, foam, synthetic materials
and rubber with self-adherent
characteristics.
Compound materials for example
film and foam can be processed at
3F without losing any of the material
thickness.
