Know Thyself. -Socrates In the Oracle of Delphi, it was prophesized that “Socrates is the wisest man in Athens.” However, he disagreed in the oracle because... In the mind of Socrates, one could not know anything without knowing one’s self. He is pertaining to “self-mastery.” The question now is, “Who am I?” Huxley “If most of us remain ignorant of ourselves, it is because self-knowledge is painful and we prefer the pleasures of illusion.” –Aldous Huxley We can simply answer this question by filling out the spaces in our biodata or making a resume.

Each day is a big opportunity to know ourselves better by means of reflecting in our human experience and existence. For Improvement It is only through the knowledge of ourselves that we can begin our own improvement. We do all of this so that we might better ourselves: our perspectives, our choices, our dreams. The question “Who am I?” is the most important existential question a man must ask himself.
