Sciences (MUHAS) for the academic year 2023/2024 to pursue a course of study leading to the award of DOCTOR OF
MEDICINE.

With this letter, you are required to report on 23rd October, 2023 and we expect you to register within two(2) weeks
from the first day of orientation week which starts on 23rd October, 2023. Please note that, registration is subject to
payment of the requisite university fee or provision of evidence of having a reliable sponsor.

This offer is provisional, as it is subject to satisfactory verification by the office of the MUHAS Deputy Vice
Chancellor – Academic, Research and Consultancy at the time of registration for authenticity of the qualifications you
have stated in the online application system.

The office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor – Academic, Research and Consultancy will also verify other material
information provided by you in the application forms as replies to the questions posed in the said forms. It should be
noted that it is an offence to submit false information for registration. Cases of impersonation and falsification of
documents discovered either at the stage of registration or afterwards during the course of study will lead to automatic
cancellation of admission and a report on the discovery will be submitted to competent authorities for legal prosecution.
