The Scout Association uses a system which allows you enter your DBS
Certificate application data online.
The ID documents you provided in support of your DBS application have already
been verified and entered within the e-DBS system. You are now required to
login and complete your application form.
Please note: You can only submit the application once, so please read through
the information you enter before submitting. If you realise you have
inadvertently made a mistake after you have submitted your application, please
contact your local line manager immediately. DO NOT resubmit another
application.
Please ensure you have your National Insurance number and details of all your
addresses from the past five years to hand before you begin.
Please remember that having a criminal record will not automatically stop you
from working for The Scout Association. We will consider what the offence is,
when it happened and the circumstances behind it as part of the National
Vetting process. Further guidance can be found in the Appointment Process
Section in Policy, Organisation and Rules (POR) which can be found at
scouts.org.uk/por.
