TPL Run through the train frequency data promote any questions/issues/items for discussion,
and include Pattern of movements covered in the data.

Run through the Information sources and assumptions

TPL Risk banding data to be briefed out Including how the scores are achieved. (H4 cutoff etc.)

TPL Sensitivity findings - unplanned movements/no trains contradicting etc

SPAD analysis description and list for the project.

SORAT/VARISPAD

Fac talk through VARISPAD Questions and TPL enters text as directed.

SFAIRP Statement (Consensus, may have conditions i.e. “Subject to SSC agreement”, can be a majority but
having one member strongly in opposition is usually an indication of an issue that should be addressed.)

REP i.e. LOM or RLCM)

cursors to the WS

VIDEO virtual drive through and discussion, using Scheme plan to provide a commentary and invite members
to raise items for discussion.
