After taking case history and talking with teacher we came to know that
the child only face problem while speaking. The relation of child is very
much friendly with family and friends. People around him are very
friendly and cooperative. And always supports her and encourages her.
Suggestions
Child have hearing impairment of profound level
 Regular sessions of speech and language therapy plays an important role in
improvement.
 Child have had residual hearing so audiometry training may help.
 Also focus on lip reading.
 Child need to be learn professional sign language.. So that she would be
able for express her basic needs and school education as well
 And we also suggest the child to be visit audiologist to check his/her hear
ability and recommend for hearing aid...
