NOTES FOR CANDIDATES

I This list of qualified Candidates for document verification is provisional (It is not a Merit List).
Venue for document verification is as under:-

If any candidate does not report for document verification on scheduled date and time, he/she will not be considered for post applied,

and no funher opportunity will be given for the document verification.

IV The candidates have to bring the under mentioned documents at the time of document verification:-

All the documents which were uploaded at the time of submission of online application alongwith their self-attested
(aa)
photocopies alongwith print out of application form, admit card, OMR sheet.
(ab) Two passport size recent colour photographs (Not more than 30 days old).
(ac) One original valid Photo ID Proof having Date of Birth amongst the following:-
(i) Aadhaar Card/Printout of E-Aadhaar.
(ii) Voter ID Card.
(iii) PAN Card.
(iv) Passport.
(v) Driving License.
(vi) Government School/College ID Card.
(vii) Employer ID (GovUPSU).
(viii) Ex-serviceman Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defence.
(ix) Any other Photo bearing ID Card issued by Central/State Govt.
(ad) The under mentioned documents in original alongwith three self attested photocopies of the same:-
(i) Matriculation and/ or Secondary Certificate.
(ii) Educational Qualification Certificate.
(iii) Experience Certificate, if applicable.
(iv) Caste/Category Certificate, with reference to reserve categories.
(v) Persons with Disabilities Cenificate in the required format, if applicable.
(vi) For Ex-Serviceman (ESM).
(aaa) Undertaking as per Form-III

(aab) Discharge Certiflcate, if discharged from the Armed Forces

V Candidates to bring requisite documents duly compiled & indexed in a sequential number for ease in verification.

VI Candidature of those candidates, who fail to produce the relevant documents /certificates in original as required, will be cancelled.
