We are excited to announce the launch of our new scheme, the "2023 – MAHA
SAMRIDDHI SCHEME," which aims to incentivize and motivate our Channel Partners
to increase the sales of our products and further strengthen our relationship. The
scheme is applicable to the following product categories, and we look forward to your
enthusiastic participation:

Scheme Period: Please note that the above scheme is valid for the period from
1st Apr, 2023 to 30th Sep, 2023

Flat Discount

All Savera Channel Partners are eligible for a flat trade discount on the price list that is
the same for all partners.

Savera Premium Discount

Savera Pipes is launching a new range of Premium Products in the market along with
some of the current premium products. These Premium Products will help to gain a
strong foothold in the market and reinstate our market leadership position as the
manufacturer and supplier of the finest pipes in the market, true to our Champion Brand.
To inspire our channel partners to promote these Premium Products we are introducing
a special discount offer for all our channel partners. If the bill value of premium products
in the total billing value is more than 10% then the Channel Partners will be eligible for
this discount. The discount is applicable on the total bill value. Following are the list of
premium products with the Scheme Details.

All Purchases with a single bill value of Rs. 1,00,000 (inclusive of tax) or more will be
eligible for a flat Cash Discount provided there is no payment outstanding from the
wholesaler which has crossed the free credit period of 30 Days.

Turnover Discount
Based on the Channel Partner Billing during the scheme period, each of the Channel
Partner will be assigned a Turnover Slab. Based on the Turnover slab the Channel
Partner will be eligible for additional discount based on the below table. The additional
discount will be passed on to the distributor at the end of the scheme period.

>150 Lakhs to <=210 Lakhs Dubai Trip + 20 Grams Gold Coin (Worth Rs. 2,19,149)
>210 Lakhs to <=300 Lakhs Dubai Trip + 50 Grams Gold Coin (Worth Rs. 3,85,499)
>300 Lakhs to <=450 Lakhs Dubai Trip + 100 Grams Gold Coin (Worth Rs. 6,90,474)
>450 Lakhs to <=600 Lakhs Dubai Trip + 150 Grams Gold Coin (Worth Rs.11,89,524)
>600 Lakhs Dubai Trip + 250 Grams Gold Coin (Worth Rs. 18,54,924)

* Please note that the scheme is not applicable on Dupoint & Flowell Braided.
Terms & Conditions
1) To enable the ease of doing business with the company, the company will
provide an Interest Free Credit Period for 30 Days to all Channel Partners. The
company reserves the right to not provide a credit period to Channel Partners
with poor payment history.
2) Cash Discount is applicable only for our existing Channel Partners with an
average turnover of more than 15 Lakhs per Month.
3) The Scheme Discounts will be calculated at the end of the scheme period and
will be passed on to the channel partners at the end of the scheme period.
4) Full payment must be made within the due date for qualifying the scheme.
5) This scheme is applicable only for Direct Channel Partners.
6) No other schemes are applicable during this scheme period.
7) Scheme will be settled as per the prevailing Statutory Tax, Rules & Regulations
at the time of settlement of reward.
8) The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the scheme or any of the
terms and conditions of the scheme at any point of time without prior notice as
per the market conditions.
9) If there are any disputes relating to the scheme the parties agree to negotiate on
a good faith basis in order to find and agree on a solution.
10)Stock will be supplied as per the availability.
11)Scheme settlement may attract GST as per existing government rules.
12)For the purpose of the scheme turnover is inclusive of GST.
