2.1 Funding Authority

project. In this case, the project manager will work closely with the school
administration to ensure that the project is aligned with the school's overall
goals and objectives.
2. Regulatory bodies: regulatory bodies may serve as the project oversight
authority, providing guidance and approval throughout the project. In this
case, the project manager will need to work closely with the regulatory
bodies to ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained like
barangay permits.
