Legally, once the customers have consumed the food provided by the restaurant, they can

not complain or ask for a refund for that disk because they might just lie, the food has been
eaten so there is no evidence to prove for their statement and they only want to have free
meal, however, there are still some exceptions:
+ If customers report the issue under a given time after they receive the meal and their
excuses are legitimate, they are entitled to change for a new disk or a certain
discount/ refund. (ex: eat the meal and realize there is something wrong with the food
(there is a flies in the soup or the food is spoiled or has strange taste)
+ The quality of the food doesn’t meet the description -> complain instantly when the
food just got served -> ask to return the food/get money back
+ Consumer Protect Law: Consumer protection law focuses on guarding against
unfair trade practices that harm buyers in the consumer marketplace. It involves
statutes and regulations that seek to prevent businesses from using unfair,
deceptive, or fraudulent practices in sales and similar transactions.
