Contemporary Management different departments until it reached
the customers.
We will start with the support of top managers to team leaders and managers

Kind of support:-
1- Understand and clarify the organization`s goals, strategy, and objectives.
2- Clarify the mission and vision of the organization.
3- Finding the ERP system that will connect all departments together to help the flow of data
and information between different departments.
4- Putting recruitment plan to apply all department needs with the professional quality of
people.
5- Solve all conflict situations between departments by arranging meetings to communicate
with all departments together.
6- Measure salaries trends for all teams member to secure fair pay for employees.
7- Putting improvement programs to team leaders and managers to increase their learning by
improvement of their skills (example: - leadership, communication skills, decision making,
solving problems, and emotional intelligence).
8- Increase loyalty and sustainability for people by motivating and encouraging people to
share their opinion.
9- Push responsivity down and delegate decisions to the second line of effective people to
encourage them and build trust in the second line.
10-Put professional job descriptions to avoid conflict and put measurement to analyze the
workload and
11-Measure the efficiency with a smart KPI that serves the organization’s objective.
